DUCATI DESMO450 MX DEBUT: VIDEO SERIES – PART IV
Ducati’s debut season with the prototype Desmo450 MX culminated with Alessandro Lupino building on early moto wins to clinch the 2024 MX1 Italian Motocross Championship in the last round in Arco di Trento.

Episode IV – the final ep in Ducati’s Desmo450 MX debut video series – goes behind the scenes with the Ducati Corse Off-Road team as Alessandro Lupino reflects on the hard work and passion that drove the Italian manufacturer’s debut-season success and maiden MX title. Make no mistake; it’s a landmark achievement for Ducati and a clear sign of their intent to be immediately competitive in their upcoming national and international motocross racing campaigns.
Looking ahead, the development of Ducati’s MX machine continues through the northern hemisphere winter, with tests by Jeremy Seewer for the 2025 MXGP season, and the upcoming debut of the 250cc model is expected at the 2025 Italian MX Championship. Can’t wait to see both these blood-red MXers on Australian starting gates.
