Aprilia & Jacopo Cerutti Race To 2027
A partnership that began in 2023 between Aprilia Racing and Jacopo Cerutti has, in its short time, seen numerous successes and established itself among the protagonists of the international off-road scene. Since the launch of the “Back to Africa” project, Aprilia Racing and Cerutti’s collaboration has led to the creation of a winning team capable of establishing itself both nationally and internationally.

In 2023, Cerutti won the title of Italian Motorally Champion. In January 2024, Cerutti wrote a new chapter and took first place overall at the Africa Eco Race after maintaining the lead for over 6000 kilometres. The Como-born rider led the Aprilia Tuareg team to triumph in its first participation in a major African rally, demonstrating the exceptional competitiveness of this duo.
To add to this historic result, in 2024 he claimed victory at the Hellas Rally Raid in Greece in the M6 class, along with another class victory in the Baja Aragón. In addition to becoming champion of the G-1000 class of the Motorally, he made championship history as the first twin-cylinder to claim the Overall.

The beginning of 2025 saw another historic victory at the Africa Eco Race where Cerutti won his second consecutive title, accompanied by triumphing in the Overall and category class of the Hellas Rally Raid. The M5 class victory even saw an Aprilia hat-trick thanks to Marco Menichini and Francesco Montanari in second and third. Most recently at the Italian Motorally Championship in May, Cerutti won all special stages, consolidating his leadership in the G-1000 class. Furthermore, Cerutti triumphed in the first round of the Rally Raid TT, positioning himself at the head of the RT5 class.

Jacopo Cerutti:
“I am proud to be part of the Aprilia family and to renew until 2027. I am very happy with how these years have gone and I can’t wait to have new experiences together, continue developing the bike and win as much as possible. I am truly proud of this great work group, both with Team Guareschi and with the entire Aprilia family. I really feel like I am part of the family.”
Massimo Rivola:
“We are particularly proud to announce that we will continue with Jacopo also for 2026 and 2027. In these years, he has become much more than a rider for us. He is dominating with his Aprilia Tuareg in all off-road competitions and is also an ambassador of the quality of our product and the competitiveness of our brand.”
