Wanted: Salesforce Administrator
Transmoto, part of one of Australia’s largest action sports media groups (Three Crowns Media Group, 3CMG Pty Ltd) covering moto, surf and snow, located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator (on a contractor basis). We’re opening up the opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to help set up and drive the future use of Salesforce within 3CMG. A full business overview and understanding will be required to identify current systems.
Goals
- Consolidate and connect onto the Salesforce platform 3CMG systems from legacy platforms
- Create a common view of advertiser information so teams across the company are able to attract and retain advertisers and subscribers
- Create workflows bringing together information from across different teams
- Advertiser contact information and sales activities are tracked in Sales Cloud
- Sales Cloud to manage subscriber data
- Creation of Salesforce web apps to manage subscription models
- Billing system‚ for both businesses and consumers‚ into Salesforce for complete and detailed views
- Marketing Cloud to monitor and engage with social customers across all social media channels
- Salesforce to be used throughout the organisation employees, including ad sales teams, accounts, IT, and project managers
Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and limitations and can clearly communicate
- Helping to implementing and support a number of critical projects
- You will be the primary point of contact for multiple user groups who require maintenance, configuration, reporting and training
- You will also interface with various teams and produce reporting as needed
- Recommendations and implementation of key Salesforce products
Skills
- Salesforce.com Admin
- Salesforce.com training and or certification (Preferably with a 201 Certification)
- Setting up and managing dashboards, reports, forms, templates and layouts
- Demonstrated experience with implementation of Salesforce including development across the full software development lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience on the salesforce.com platform and experience implementing Salesforce applications and technologies
- Ability to identity risks, considerations and limits for the platform
- Ability to train and help up-skill 3CMG staff members
- Creating and maintaining relevant ad sales documentation
- Knowledge of advertising campaigns across digital and print
- Previous experience as a Salesforce System Administrator
- Knowledge of third party software integration with Salesforce (Quickbooks, Google Docs, Google Analytics, Google DoubleClick DFP, WordPress)
- Knowledge of linking Breadwinner with Quickbooks and processes
- Understanding of data migration considerations, design trade-offs and ETL tools
- Experience presenting architectural solutions to a non-technical audience
- Excellent communication skills
