🎥 2019 ECMX: Round 4 Recap
Round 4 of the East Coast MX Series (ECMX) recently headed to Dubbo, NSW, for the penultimate round of the five-round series. Here’s the round recap from ECMX Promoter Michel Constantinou…
Although not all the championship leaders won their class, they established their positions heading into the final round at Cessnock Motorcycle Club on August 17-18.
Honda riders Joel Wightman and Blake Davies claimed the overall victories in the MX1 and Clubman Open classes – Joel Wightman now holds a commanding lead in the MX1 championship standings. KTM riders Johnny Bova and Josh Whitehead finished first and secondly respectively in the MX2 class and continue to hold those positiona in the championship as well. KTM and Yamaha shared the podium in the 9-u12 65cc and 85cc classes with Koby Hantis taking the win on the 85cc and Ky Woods winning on the 65cc, with local Dubbo Jack Deveson finishing second in both classes. Danny Anderson continued his dominance in the Vets class winning all three motos and extending his points lead.
